Shipping Your Luxury Watch
All watches are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring your timepiece is fully protected while in transit.
All our watches are available for next-day delivery once payment has been completed, as long as the order is placed before noon.

How do I pay for my luxury watch?
The preferred payment is bank transfer, although cash is accepted up to the anti-money laundering limit of around £8,000. We don’t currently accept card payments.
Can I visit your office in Kent?
Yes, our Kent-based location is available to visit by appointment only. If you’re interested in viewing a particular watch or want a face-to-face valuation, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us or submit an appointment request.
Are all your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch is thoroughly inspected by our experts for authenticity and verified against The Watch Register to confirm it hasn’t been reported lost or stolen.
Do you offer a warranty on watches purchased?
Yes, all watches we sell come with a 12-month warranty.
